OUR APPROACH
  • Based on freight historical data, prepared RFP for submission to carriers acceptable to client
  • Leveraged carrier relationships with select carriers to obtain competitive pricing and a daily operations plan that supported client hours of operation
  • Deployed LOTH Logistics TMS program on client’s shipping dock
  • Customized weekly invoicing to meet unique client requirements
  • Created an RMA shipment identifier within TMS to allow generation of a report for monthly evaluation
THE RESULTS
  • Realizaton of almost 20% cost reduction versus historical spend
  • TMS utilized daily to optimize cost/service decisions
  • Maintained existing carrier base and realized projected cost savings; continuity of service at lower cost
  • Achieved 99.5% auditing accuracy from carriers and successfully manage all exceptions through reconciliation and mitigation
